All of our clinical staff are trained in trauma informed interventions with the expectation that each will become certified in this area. Good Intentions provides behavioral modification and psychotherapeutic interventions in multiple independent school districts that include: Seattle, Marysville, Everett, Lake Washington, Sumner Bonney Lake, and Bothell (Northshore SD).
We are experienced in a multitude of concentrations such as: suicide prevention, parent coaching, individual/family/group therapy, teen issues, personality disorders, mood/anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, domestic violence, stress management, addiction/chemical dependency, LGBQT+, and developmental disabilities.
Specific clinical modalities include but are not limited to specialized habilitation, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), critical incident stress management (CISM), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
