Phillip Carr

Meet the Founder

Phill started Good Intentions Counseling with the goal to improve the mental health experience of people living in the State of Washington. Also, through his leadership we are changing the narrative around and increasing access to mental health for the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community. Lastly, Phill aims to provide a healthy work environment of excellence for the clinicians that work with us. He built Good Intentions on the belief that when your clinicians are well supported and have a positive life balance then they can do their work effectively to support each client towards success.
