Clinical Expertise

All our clinical staff are trained in trauma informed interventions with the expectation that each will become certified in this area. We are experienced in a multitude of concentrations such as: suicide prevention, parent coaching, individual/family/group therapy, teen issues, personality disorders, mood/anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma, domestic violence, stress management, addiction/chemical dependency, LGBTQ+, and developmental disabilities.
Specific clinical modalities include but are not limited to specialized habilitation, solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), critical incident stress management (CISM), eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). Full Job Description for Masters Level Clinician (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
The Masters Level Clinician (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) provides support and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults with limited verbal communication skills, behavioral challenges, and/or developmental challenges. Our organization serves clients in a variety of settings, including family homes, clinics, governmental institutions, and academic environments. Due to the changing backdrop for our work, the role can be exciting, challenging, and fast-paced.
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides treatment using the foundational principles of applied behavioral analysis. Treatment focuses on teaching and modelling socially appropriate behaviors, emotional regulation/expression, social skills, and communication. Additional areas of focus include effective and appropriate communication, social etiquette, daily living activities, development of fine and gross motor skills. The BCBA candidate should have strong assessment skills.
The Clinical Director and the Director of Clinical Operations provide clinical and administrative supervision, which include but are not limited to trainings on the principles and procedures of the Positive Behavioral Support (PBS) treatment model, Functional Assessment reports, fidelity compliance, documentation, administration, cultural awareness/humility, and the implementation of psychosocial assessments.
The Masters Level Clinician (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will fulfill the following duties:
- Become fully aware of the cultural awareness necessary to effectively provide services to black, indigenous, and people of color and the LGBTQ+ population in general.
- Compile and interpret test results to diagnose youth, adolescents, and adults to assess eligibility for services.
- Determine behavior capabilities of youth, adolescents, and adults as they function at home, in school, and the community settings.
- Analyze and manage behavioral interventions and treatment goals to determine their success.
- Assist clients in identifying inappropriate behaviors and developing better behavior alternatives.
- Help caregivers facilitate behavioral interventions and treatment modalities.
- Compile and interpret test results to diagnose and assess service eligibility for youth, adolescents, and adults.
- Determine behavioral capabilities of youth, adolescents, and adults as they function at home, school, and the community settings.
- Design behavioral interventions for youth, adolescents, and adults.
- Coordinate services between providers to adequately serve the client.
- Communicate with providers regarding client’s progress.
- Design programs and curriculum to meet the client’s needs.
- Report suspected cases of child abuse, neglect, or endangerment to the proper authorities.

Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb a flight of stairs, as well as be able to bend, squat and get up and down from off the floor, all with ease and unassisted.
